The salesperson was wonderful. She took time to answer questions and was patient. She's a benefit to the company and to the Salesforce there. I will use her every time I go in there. I recently went to Lazy Boy Furniture here in Pensacola and no one would talk to either me or my wife as we walked by or walked through the store and walked to the other side of the store. On my way out I acknowledged to the person standing in front-
That not one person even said hi to us. She replied "we're busy and we're understaffed." There was only one other customer in the store and she had just left. It's nice to walk in a place like Ashley Furniture and be acknowledged and welcomed. The service was impeccable. Thank you for the great service, the great salesperson, Helen, and the great deal, as I had a 20% off coupon! The delivery crew was awesome also!
