That not one person even said hi to us. She replied "we're busy and we're understaffed." There was only one other customer in the store and she had just left. It's nice to walk in a place like Ashley Furniture and be acknowledged and welcomed. The service was impeccable. Thank you for the great service, the great salesperson, Helen, and the great deal, as I had a 20% off coupon! The delivery crew was awesome also!

There was a great and varied selection to suit a wide variety of tastes. The only negative was that the color options on the furniture was extremely limited. I would say that 90% of the time, the color of the furniture on display was the only color available.
