I had visited the store to purchase a mattress for my grandson and to look for a floor lamp. I asked for Katherine because she had been so helpful when I had gone shopping a couple of weeks earlier searching for the mattress. She was professional, friendly, focused, and knowledgeable. My daughter was with me and Katherine also helped her with a desk chair. We were both very pleased with our experience with Katherine and also the gentleman who helped us check out.

The sales lady was helpful and professional. She gave us our space to look. But, let us know she was available to answer any questions. She would she on us from time to time. It was a pleasant shopping experience. We could look, without being followed around the store. And, pressured to decide or, buy something before we were sure. It was normal, not pushy and obnoxious. Nice, for a change.
