As I was telling her what I was looking for she said I could put pieces from a sectional together and get exactly what I wanted. I had been to so many stores even an Ashley, no one had told me that.

My salesperson Oriana was very helpful patient understanding and overall just a great listener great person she listen to me and help me find the perfect items for my forever home I'm so excited I'm glad I got her as a salesperson and she got me the best deals and prices shipping setup she did it all she made my experience at Ashley the best experience ever I was very hesitant and coming to Ashley Furniture I felt I should have used a smaller local furniture store and not a national brand furniture store I'm glad I made the decision to use Ashley Furniture because make such great product and they also employ such great salespeople

Although it took a while for my reclining loveseat to arrive at my home, I was still satisfied with how Ashley Furniture kept me apprised of the timeframe for when I would receive it.
They let us look around without crowding us and the salesclerk went above and beyond when it came to answering any of my questions and concerns.

Cassandra was an exceptional sales person. Very knowledgeable and honest.
Keana was wonderful and kept up with us and other customers at the same time. The store was clean and neat and had plenty to choose from. We are still waiting for most of our furniture but were prepared for these items to be slow coming. Not so much in the store but the delivery men were excellent especially given they were on overtime and had two more stops after ours.
Just want to mention Keana again to let you know that she knew the product and if we had questions beyond her experience, she would get the information. She also has a very special and enjoyable personality. Hang on to her.
