Catherine was very professional, very willing to help and gather the information we needed. She was not pushy or aggressive which was HUGE thing in her favor. We watch one rep follow and raise her voice as a new customer walked into the store. She also tried to but into the conversation we were trying to have with Catherine as we entered the store. Glad she wasn’t helping us. We probably would have left with someone that aggressive.

It took some re-fixin in order to get the process right, I almost forgot I had a order on hold delivery for covid -19 wow what the process produced was a great piece of furniture which was a lot bettervthan the first time, thanks for working out the kinks and errors 👍

How knowledgeable and personable my salesperson, Odrianna was(I hope I soaked her name correctly). I thought I knew what I wanted but it was her expertise that helped me make my final decision! If I'm ever in the market for more furniture, I'll definitely ask for her! Absolutely great service!
