My wife and I came in thinking this would be the first of several furniture stores we would visit before we made our decision on new living room furniture. We were greeted by a representative named Franco who asked us what we were looking for and if he could assist us, we told him what we had in mind and escorted us to the area where most of what we were looking for were located. He explained and demonstrated the cushions with removable covers that could be washed along of the padding in the cushions. We did one lap looking at all the living room suits and then got down to three possible. He asked how we were doing and he noted we had made a lap we said we are working on it and he left us to our process without any pressure. After another lap we decided on what we wanted to buy and Franco came over and we discussed what we wanted and what color. We went to the desk/counter and discussed discounts that might apply, this was on Memorial Day, and payment methods. He told us we should be contacted by 31 May to discuss delivery date and we paid and left satisfied with the experience.

Cassandra is our new friend that helped us when trying to make a decision on purchasing a new mattress. Although we did not purchase a mattress, the experience we had with Cassandra was such a blessing. She took her time with us, was very patient and informative, and her kindness was something that we had not ever quite experienced when contemplating any purchase at any retailer.
We definitely plan to return to purchase a mattress in the future and we will make sure that Cassandra is the one that we work with again.

We had the best experience at Ashley. We worked with Casandra who was helpful without being pushy.. The furniture was delivered and I did not like the dark color. We went back to Ashley the next morning to see what we could do and Casandra and Matt worked it out immediately. They agreed to pick up the unused set we had and will be delivering a new set. Ashley Furniture is our “go to store“now. Thank you Casandra and Matt for great customer service.
