I like the fact that you are greeted with a smile upon arrival & when you have a sales rep help you , your given the feeling like they are helping a friend. In fact Cassandra Pitts Smith was the sales associate who helped us & I will refer Family & Friends to ask for her if they ever shop at Ashley.
