Great customer service
The customer service was my best experience overall. Mrs. David, the Clerk Representative at the front desk is amazing. I had Several problems with my shipping arriving on time. I was very frustrated because my boys needed their beds, and bed frames to sleep on. We just moved down here and i sold their old ones. When i found out, the shipment was going to be late. This frustrated me, because i order a head of time, and paid in full cash. I appreciated Mrs. David, being so patient, and polite with me. She listened to me, and showed understanding. I was sick with Covid19, and my boys were too. So you can only imagine my frustration at this point. She explained the reason shipment was delayed, and educate me on my order details. Thank you so much!! I love this store.

Customer service and great deals on furniture.
When I first walked in I was greeted and welcomed to Ashley.I fell in love with the huge beautiful showroom. Then I was greeted by a Wonderful salesperson named Cassandra who immediately introduced herself and asked how she could help me. I told her that I was interested in sectionals and she began to assess my needs and we immediately connected then we proceeded to view some sectionals. I showed her the one I'd chosen online and she offered to order it but then I wanted to browse and then she showed me the perfect sectional that was beautiful, the right color, family friendly and in my price range. I was so excited and pleased with the purchase. Then because of her Awesome salesmanship I ended up buying a set of mattresses. I was very pleased with the price. I had a Awesome shopping experience and will refer others to shop at Ashley's.
