The sales associate, Cassandra Pitts, was very patient and understanding during my shopping experience.
We were greeted at the door, pointed in the direction of the product we were looking for and given space to look, but had an associate nearby when we had questions. They were efficient, helpful and pleasant.
Cassandra at the Columbus, Ga. location was AMAZING! She went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. She was so patient and polite and actually showed she cared and that we weren’t just a sale.
I am very pleased with the helpful attitudes of the sales associates but I do have one complaint now that I've purchased my furniture, which does not reflect upon the sales associates. Since buying the furniture I have received emails from Ashley, like this one, which have told me of match pricing policies etc. Almost immediately I have found every piece of furniture I've ordered to be cheaper on line when I've typed in the item number. I did not intentionally do this but was wanting to look at a larger end table in the line I purchased and discovered everything I purchased was quite a bit lower in price. I'm in the process of calling the store now to see if I can have my bill corrected to reflect the lower prices since you do have a match pricing policy, this was your web site and I found this information through the emails you sent .

The saleslady greeted me as soon as I came in and then gave me space and time to browse the store. When I had questions she was very helpful. The store had a very large amount to choose from.

The lady that helped me was extremely helpful. I had seen some items online that i wanted to see in person. I decided to just order there but the prices were not coming out the same. in fact it was cheaper if I had just ordered online. They were able to figure out how to make the prices match up and I went ahead and placed my order.
