The sales consultant, Emily Burnham, who helped us was friendly, personable and sincere. She greeted us and made us feel welcome, but did not hover. When we were later sitting at a couch we liked she came over and gave us some interesting details and highlights of the couch.

However, my process with Nate was really easy. I was able to point out products I like and come up with a purchase that worked out exactly the way I had hoped.
