Cindy was knowledgeable about the product that I was looking for and followed up on me when I didn't return later after saying I would. My plans had changed suddenly and I couldn't come back. Cindy called to check if I was still interested. I explained what went wrong and she gave me the times she was available and even offered to let my mother-in-law come look before the store opened for a more 'secure' shopping time.
