The customer service. Real pleasure speaking with Wyatt he was honest about everything. Only problem I saw was his table wasn't working right. It keep putting letters and numbers in that you didn't even push. Then sometimes you would type something in and it wouldn't show up.

Went to the store in Opelika as a first stop for looking for a new matress and foundation. My bedroom set and matress were purchaced from Ashley 17-18 years ago so it seemed like a good place to start. Nate Hodge was very helpful. He listened to my needs and my description of my husband's needs and was able to recommend three to try at different price points. This was incredibly helpful as matress construction has changed a lot since I last went matress shopping. Nate advised me that prices would go up without making me feel pressured (this was not a surprise to me as I am fully aware of trade agreements and changes that have been made). Nate printed off data and current pricing for the three matresses I tried. This is perfect for me to research construction and reviews. I found the experience at the Ashley store both positive and informative. I do believe that selecting a matress from a 10 min test drive is difficult and have not made a decision yet. I absolutely appreciate being given factual information and honest data about pricing changes. I will be seriously considering the options I tried as out matress is beyond due for replacement.
Just the right balance between letting us look on our own, being there for questions, and being there when we were ready to purchase. We loved Whitney at the Opelika, Alabama store!!!
