Whitney is my reason for a 10. She is a knowledgeable, compassionate asset to the store. She had originally talked me into the Guardian program and I'm glad she did. She worked just as hard, to help me with a replacement item, as when I originally bought my chair. The gentleman at the front desk was also kind and helpful. I will definitely be back.

The sales associate was very courteous and pointed me in the direction of the style of furniture I was looking for, and after I was done lounging around the different choices, he helped me configure the specific sofa I selected! I will definitely tell all of my friends and family to go see Nate Hodge, at the Ashley Home Store in Opelika Al when they are planning to buy ANY new furniture! My new furniture is being delivered TODAY and I feel like a kid on Christmas morning! The excitement is making me delirious! 😊

My salesperson was very knowledgeable of the Ashley products and made buying effortless for me. My only complaint has been the wait time to receive my items. I was informed of the possible wait at the time of purchase, but had hoped it would not be this long.

The customer service. Real pleasure speaking with Wyatt he was honest about everything. Only problem I saw was his table wasn't working right. It keep putting letters and numbers in that you didn't even push. Then sometimes you would type something in and it wouldn't show up.
