After getting another notification that the cabinet we ordered was yet again not ready, my husband and I went back in to Ashley to see Whitney that helped us with our initial purchase. She was able to let us know the actual delivery expected date(which customer service could not when on the phone the week before) and that it was going to take longer than we wanted to wait; both Whitney and the GM looked on the sales floor and were so awesome to be real to tell us that it wasn’t sufficient + we could find something that we loved just as much, which we did :) thank you guys so much!!

Our sales rep, First name removed, was very easy to talk to, and was very polite and professional. He helped us for a good while (2-3 hours), as we needed some items for a new house. Great employee!
