1. The minute you walk in the store Someone greets you and ask if they can help you.
and other staff say hello and smile.. You feel welcome to be in the store.
2. My sale person was/is very helpful in showing me the product i am looking for.
3. i have referred several friends and relatives to your store and told them how much i enjoyed the furniture i have purchased. I also refer the salesperson name that sold me the products.
