The sales person was very helpful. The lady that finalized the process was nice and friendly. The delivery will not be until Aug 31. The delivery service was not able to work around our granddaughter's class schedule, so she has to wait until Saturday Aug. 31 to get her couch.

Everyone was friendly but not pushy!! I really liked that I could wander around and look at everything and had someone close whenever I needed to ask a question. But at the same time no one was following me constantly trying to sell me something! The store is laid out beautifully and we were super pleased with our salesman and our purchase. Great job!!
