Nice and airy, bright and laid back. There's tvs with channel I like if I forget music. Stations are clearly marked like abs/stretching, 30 rotation workout weights, so I know what to expect and have more confidence venturing over! People are nice.

Equipment
The Staunton gym is amazingly clean and the staff is friendly. I've been going there the last few months after transferring from other local gyms. For the most part, I'm extremely pleased. The only negatives are the length of time it takes to repair broken equipment (in the 30-minute-workout room) and customers who block the workout flow by sitting on equipment while they text or talk on their phones (this happens daily). Rules don't seem to be enforced.

The staff is very helpful and patient towards its customers and future customers. It’s constantly cleaned by staff. The staff is also approachable and is constantly interacting with customers. I like that they feel easy to talk to and don’t feel dismissed.
Our location is exceptionally clean and friendly. Best gym experience I’ve had.

I would normally say 10, particularly regarding this location, but the fact that this is the second time they've had major bathroom issues in two years is off-putting

I like how there’s access to massage equipment. So, when you’re done with a good workout, you can get a massage afterwards.
There is so much equipment, that you can always find a way to work out, even if it is busy. The staff are helpful and very nice to me and other members. I truly love the massage chairs and the hydro massage chairs. Due to a serious back injury and chronic pain, I try to use those chairs several times a week to help me, even when I am not exercising. I am also impressed by how hard the staff work to keep the place clean. I also love that when I was visiting relatives out of state. I was able to use a facility in Florida to help me get some exercise while I was away. I hope you pass on my feedback to your staff and
