I’ve been a member for over two years and I’m in the gym every weekday. The staff treats me great. I rarely have a problem but whenever something comes up it’s taken care of promptly. Daysha has put a great team together. As a senior on a fixed income I’m disappointed with the $5 monthly price increase. Crunch is still offering $10 monthly rates. My main reason for continuing my membership at Planet is your great staff.

The equipment is in good condition except several of the stationary bikes need to be leveled so they don't wobble
