I’ve been to about five planet fitness locations so far in the frisco McKinney area. This is my favorite by far. I love how much space there is for different workouts. There’s a wide selection of machines to really get the workouts you need! And I fell in love with the squat racks and that it’s free weights!!

Your team members are friendly, welcoming, and engaging. I am acknowledged when I arrive and as I am leaving. The general area of the facility and tanning rooms are always clean. It seems as though the tanning bulbs are changed consistently, which is important to me. I love the convenience of multiple locations and always open. My only thoughts on opportunities to elevate the experience is to clean the restroom and shower areas more frequently.
The people that work at the facility
When you go around 11-2am the equipment is mostly free to use.
Easy availability of exercise equipment. There is rarely a time when a machine is occupied when I want to use it. I can always do another exercise until the other one is finished. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They are always willing and ready to answer questions or explain proper use of the equipment.
The Gym is always clean, and the Staff are always friendly.
