I go here once a week and the other times to briar Creek This one is not as clean, and the people are not as friendly as the one at Brier Creek
It’s the most friendly and inclusive planet fitness I’ve ever been in because we make it that way. The majority of the regulars say good morning and hello to all of the staff and all of the other regulars in the gym. Even though many people spend a lot of time on their phones taking up equipment, no one corrects them for it. Many people leave messes around the gym and don’t put away their weights, but the regulars/Staff put it up anyhow as we complain, but it is by far the cleanest planet fitness I’ve ever used. Multiple staff members are always doing something to sanitize the environment for every minute that I work out.

Place is clean, and the staff is friendly.
Excellent facility. Only complaint is 1st shower in men’s locker room would not give even a warm shower. I switched to 2nd and got a hot shower. Satisfied but just wanted to inform. Thank you

I always have a great experience at Planet Fitness. Janessa helped me work on my upper body training. She is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Even when she is not working with me in training, she makes sure she greets me and asks how I doing and what am I working on today. If I ask her for help on something I am not sure about, she has the answer. She is a great asset to your company.

Darius, Gabe, and all of the team members that work there at the Planet Fitness on Hargett Street in Jacksonville really make the membership worth it.
Every one of the team members are polite, professional, and courteous. The PF Team Members work hard to ensure the gym and all facilities are clean and free of defects. When any equipment or amenities are unserviceable; which certainly can happen due to all the use, they move quickly to identify any issues and resolve it. While their actions are very commendable, it is not the only thing the staff does to ensure members and quests are welcome.
Under the positive leadership of both the Manager and the Assistant Manager, every staff member creates a positive, inviting environment. All of the team members/staff display a positive, genuine attitude. Many of the staff members have become more like friends to my wife and me. Darius and Gabe, as well as other members of the staff have always been engaging, helpful, and truly family-like. We have been members since 2016 and the people that work there are 90 percent of the reason we have and will continue to be members at Planet Fitness. Every one of the staff members should be commended for their superior effort and can-do attitudes. We absolutely appreciate every one of the staff members there!
