Do not like that people sit on machines in the 30 minute workout room and do sets with group on one machine.
I am switching from the Anderson Lane club to this one. It's bigger, nicer and has early 20 Arc Trainers vs. just 4, more and better bicep curl and tricep extension machines.

Nice people, always clean
Everything has been great. We had trouble tanning. Our wavers for tanning did not show up on the computer and one of the ladies would not let us tan (she was very rude). Though we had already tanned twice before and our waivers were there. We waited an additional 15 minutes. The other staff was VERY nice.

Super clean
Our PF in Martinsville, VA has a great environment loaded with friendly, helpful staff. I'd especially like to shout out Hunter, the trainer who met with me to build my own workout. He listens to his client's goals, takes the time to ask important questions, and has gotten me started on a routine which is yielding amazing results so far. I'm super grateful for his help in particular!

If only all planet fitnesses were like this, this was the best planet fitness I have ever gone to. I love all the equipment and the open space. It didn’t feel too crowded. I saw it was getting remodeled, so if yall could please remodel my planet fitness so it could be like this one that would be great!

Very clean. Staff are always friendly. Great selection of equipment. Focus seems to be on not criticizing others as they exercise - greatly appreciate that.

The guy I spoke to was very professional! He understood my problems listen to them and gave me a feedback as to what the next step would be! I definitely recommend the guy as long as he’s working! He’s amazing!
