I love my planet fitness, all but the temperature. This location is in dire need of cooling. One of the two giant fans hasn't been in operation for a while and the two side rooms on either end of the gym are incredibly hot. The smaller yellow room that has new equipment feels like a sauna. I generally hit the gym 3 times a week. I'm getting worried about what it's going to feel like as it gets hotter and hotter this summer and it's also busier as the high school kids are in full force. Tiny portable fans are not a solution as they don't stretch very far and are constantly moved.

Everything about Henderson PF is 100!!! I never have a problem with anything there and if I ever have an issue with something I let Jeremy know and he’s on it, quick, fast and in a hurry! lol. I can’t see how there is ever an issue or bad review, I just don’t see it!!! I will say this though, it seems like Henderson is always the last to get something new. They were suppose to have a bunch of stuff done last year and it never happened except the new sign out front which I thought the other sign was a lot better, bigger and more visible. But, that’s not gonna stop me from coming in! I love my PF family, I am truly gonna miss you guys when I move especially Jeremy, Cam, and Omar. Great job everybody.

Gym is very clean. Equipment is well maintained. Staff is pleasant and helpful.
Gym is always clean. Paper towels and disinfectants always available to wipe down machines. Staff is always welcoming and friendly and able to assist with questions or concerns. I have been coming here for 2-3 years and always feel welcome. The staff members I interact with regularly during my visits are Jacob, Bailee, Rebecca, Damien, Vince, Mindy, and Lindsey. All are always helpful and friendly and keep the place running like a well oiled machine. I enjoy coming here so thank you to everyone.
I like that you have many treadmills in your location. What I didn't like is you only have two or three movable benches available. Two people took their time and didn't want to share the equipment so I was inconvenienced tremendously. There is enough space for at least one or two more benches in the room.
It was a bigger gym than I normally visit. It was very clean.
