I joined because of the red light beds offered with the membership and the fact that there is so much equipment available to use and all different types. You get a lot of perks for what you pay for with the black card membership. It’s a great and clean gym as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful and so far I’m very happy I joined. :)
I feel like the whole team is super sweet very kind to everybody. They’re on top of everything keeping it clean and fresh for everybody they give compliments and make everybody’s day bright and positive as possible. Love the gym and staff.

Very friendly staff, always greeting everyone when they arrive for their workout. They are also eager to help with any issues. The gym is kept very clean and there are many options for a good workout. I would highly recommend to a friend!

Please bring back lunk alarm. Patrons are slamming weights and breaking equipment. Please totally repair leg extension. The handles are broken.

I travel for work, I visit PF in every city i go to (weekly).
None of the clubs i visit even compare to my home club in The Colony.
Friendly staff, Friendly members. The club is always clean and the staff cleaning in a regular basis is a huge relief.
Sarah is by far the most Friendly door host I've met out of all PF locations I visit.
Manager First name removed is pleasant and always greets me with a welcome and a smile.
I couldn't be more pleased with The Colony PF. I wish other locations would use them as an example.

It is exactly as advertised. No pressure, no judgement. Friendly staff at the front, it's kept clean. Usually no wait for equipment. Only occasionally do I see members not wiping off equipment after use and when mentioned to staff, they say they can't make people do it. I'm glad to have this option in town

Lots of machines, massage chair & bed, for after, just a nice clean place with excellent air conditioning which is so important when pushing hard, keeping cool & hydrated, and able to put in the effort there.

Easy to use, the Planet Fitness people gave me ideas of how to build up muscles, spent 28 days in the hospital, so I am rebuilding my strength.

There is an ample amount of equipment, so I’ve never had to wait to use anything. The gym is always quiet, clean, and offers plenty of TV viewing while you’re working out!
