PF in Cary has a variety of equipment to work out every body part. The cardio equipment is also numerous so there is always an open treadmill or bike. The locker rooms are clean. The staff is friendly enough and they leave you alone.
The cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff are the best I’ve seen in any gym I’ve ever gone to.
The staff is friendly and acknowledges me when I walk in. The gym is always clean. I highly recommend it.
All the machines work great and the gym is extremely clean. Staff is very friendly. My only complaint is that there are to many individuals that take up multiple machines or pieces of equipment at the same time. I train at 0330 to try and avoid this. Unfortunately it still happens.
Staff always greats you, always walking around cleaning equipment and the bathrooms.

I love all the employees I’ve met at the PF on Elson Green Ave. They are all super sweet and friendly. The only things I wish were different at this location specifically would be adding full length mirrors to tanning rooms, getting the permit to add tint to the upstairs windows since the sun rises on that side, and add paper towels to the bathrooms since they only have air dryers. Other than those few things this is still by far the best PF I’ve been to and for sure the nicest. I do wish there were always two employees so we didn’t have to radio to them when we want to tan or use the spa amenities if they’re busy upstairs.
I like that the training sessions are included in my monthly membership.
