Cleanliness of the facility is great and staff are friendly.
We like the equipment available. We enjoy that most machines are open for us most of the time. The Layton, Utah location isn't the busiest around 9am so my wife and I can get in and get our tanning on and our sweat on no problem. Jackson is always nice to work with as well.

The machines work great.only thing is that I noticed is there is only 3 stair masters not sure why planet fitness doesn’t have more machines since it is a machine that everyone like to workout on

Cleanliness and friendly staff. The one thing I would like to see is a fairly simple piece of equipment for Forearm workouts, i think it's called a wrist roller. Basically it's a bar with a strap attached that you can clip weights onto and roll it to lift. With that said visiting my local club is the highlight of my day.

It’s always a great experience. The staff specifically is AMAZING at my location. They are so happy to be at work and are so encouraging.
Variety in equipment, cleanliness, great staff
Francine has made a difference because she actually listened to some of our needs and got the equipment so we don’t have to spend time looking for it or waiting on it. She’s great. Would be nice to have the classes again. Also, bring back the cleaning crew. The gym is much cleaner with them.
The gym environment is very clean a little too packed and a lot of people taken up equipment waiting on others to finish exercising. Some broken equipment needing repairs. But overall not too bad. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are prompt on resolving issues that arise and are somewhat educated on fitness. Big round of applause for Viane who works the front desk. She does an outstanding job resolving issues with monthly payments and well informed on club membership deals.

Gym is always clean and well lit. Gym staff greets everyone by name at the counter when you scan in.
It's convenient and never crowded.

Good location. Smaller compared to other locations, but has everything you need.
Locker rooms need attention as far as replacing lockers. Several are broken and unusable from a safety perspective on the men's side.
