Every time I walk into Planet Fitness, I’m immediately greeted with a welcoming and positive atmosphere. One of the main reasons I enjoy coming here so much is because of Marvin. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure members feel comfortable, supported, and motivated. Whether it’s a friendly hello, answering questions, or keeping the space clean and organized, Marvin’s dedication truly stands out. The entire environment at Planet Fitness is uplifting and non-judgmental, which makes it easy to stay committed to my fitness goals. It’s clear that Marvin and the rest of the team care about creating a space where everyone feels at home
Friendly staff, clean facility and well organized. Plenty of equipment and space to work out so it doesn’t feel crowded. I love the personal training sessions (I need the help).

I can come in and do my workout without any issues. That's all I can ask for.
Great place to work out. Only 2 issues.
1. There is only 1 of the fly chest machines (don't know name) and people just sit on it.
2. Staff doesn't monitor 30-minute room. People just sit on machines on their phones.

It is refreshing to be surrounded by likeminded people. There is not a competitive environment. Each of us is striving for self-improvement.

The variety of the exercise equipment and its cleanliness. The staff are great as well.
I go to the 91st and Memorial location....here are the things I like about it in no particular order:
1) cleanliness.....the staff is constantly cleaning and I appreciate that;
2) staff....they are super friendly; I would say most enjoy their job and being there;
3) I don't have to wait for a turn on a particular piece of equipment; they have plenty, especially the treadmills; :)
4) I like the complimentary wi-fi;
5) I enjoy the tvs and the channel variety; If I'm watching a game or news event I can go walk and watch it there;
6) The hours and location are convenient for me
7) most of the people that go daily are friendly
Overall, it's just an enjoyable experience!
