I like the friendly and courteous staff and the cleanliness of the Henderson facility.
The location is close to my home, which makes it convenient to work out. There a large number of machines available to use and all are well-maintained. It's also clean and sanitary.
The lack of people that go there... It makes it so that I don't need to wait for other people to use the machine that I want
I like the fact that I can go to any Planet Fitness and do my workout without any questions. From what I've experienced so far, all of the staff at the sites I have visited are very helpful and friendly.

The Leesburg VA Planet Fitness has an amazing staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The gym is very well maintained and clean. It even smells clean. I never have a problem using any of the amenities.

The massage chairs are AMAZING (best I’ve found at a PF gym). Cleanliness. Equipment was operational.

The exercise machines are self explanatory & easy to use. If I don't understand a machine, the staff is always ready & willing to help.
The hydro massage tables are great for relaxing me after workouts.

I'm very happy with PF, as you can read.
The only bad thing I can think of is the app & I can't come to a happy medium. I'm sure it's operator error though.

I like that it is close, clean, and climate-controlled. There is lots of equipment to use and always something available to workout on. The staff is also very welcoming, friendly, and professional.
