Big, clean, lots of equipment, all the amenities are at my location.
I recently did an personal training session with one of the trainers and he was diligent enough to explain me everything with patience step-by-step. The body scan helped me to understand my current physique and things to improve on.
The manger was kind enough to work with me to choose a plan that best fit my budget, time and schedule. He was also kind enough to give me a special accomodations.
I also noticed they keep the gym real tidy and clean during my visit off peak hours, really thoughtful of them. Highly recommend to visit this location of planet fitness.

Morning staff ( only time I go) is always accommodating when you let them know there is an issue! Always friendly and happy to answer questions when you have one.
They are the best and the cheapest price only one thing I need to pay them they keep missing taking out the payment off my card

I am so grateful that this location is being remodeled and upgraded. The manager is providing accommodations of air-conditioned Porta potty‘s with music. That is so neat. I enjoy the great customer service skills and the friendliness of all the employees. Keep up the great work as always!

Tanning and the massage bed was so relaxing.
There were stairmaster machines available for my use today.
I thought it was a waste of resources to have 4 young guys talking and hanging out at the front desk. They could be wiping down equipment like I have seen other employees do on occasion.
Clean, great staff, awesome customer services! Recently there was a misunderstanding with one of this surveys and the manager Angela approach me directly to check on me and make sure my visits at the gym were enjoyable. She was great and super friendly as most of the staff.
