I really like the amount of equipment and workout areas this gym provides. I would highly recommend for the cost, quality and customer service. I feel welcome and don't feel like I am being constantly hounded for services such as personal training like other clubs.

Yudith, Kiah, and Tavos at my Planet Fitness are amazing!! I love seeing them, they always have a bright smile and a few pleasant words with no idle chitchat, which I appreciate. These wonderful people deserve ALL the kudos.
The gym itself is always tidy, the other members are respectful of the machines and personal space. The summer teenagers can sometimes be in the way and don’t always wipe down, but the low price for dues don’t give me much to complain about.
You can take your time and not feel rushed so you can get the workout you feel you want or need
The staff is great especially the management. They are all down to earth and treats me like family (a cousin)

I’ve never been a big gym fan because of the previous ones I went to and the vibe just wasn’t it. At Planet Fitness I can tell you the vibe is good! Makes you excited for every next work out. You’ll go to bed dreaming about the next time you get to feel that burn in a location you know you can go and feel comfortable pushing yourself past your comfort zone. The staff are friendly and you can’t wait to walk in and see their smiling faces. They’re the first vibe you hit when you walk in and they make you feel welcomed. It’s never to crowded to want to just turn around and leave because you know everyone is there with the same goal in mind, and there are plenty of machines available you never have to wait. I love the place and will continue my journey with them 100% no doubt!

I loved the cleanliness and enviroment. Very beginner friendly and amazing groups of people. I would return here to work out any day of the week! Smells good when I come and isnt super busy!

My favorite thing is that you are open 24 hrs. I like to workout late when it’s not as crowded. The staff is friendly too!

The employees are always polite, helpful and friendly. They are red and always at your service. I enjoy the tanning beds very much, however they do need to be cleaned more often. This is something that should be addressed to your staff.

We are 73 and 70 years of age and have been members going on 4 years, using the Siloam Springs facility 3-days a week. We appreciate the great machines and clean facilities at Siloam Springs. The crew is always cleaning and they are really nice and helpful folks. We moved from the Hot Springs area 5-years ago and are grateful to have this facility just a few miles from our home. If you are older, like us, don't let your age keep you from giving it a try. The membership is certainly affordable and is a great investment in maintaining and improving your health. We absolutely recommend the Siloam Springs facility for your fitness needs.
It’s a very calm place to work out. The staff is extremely polite and hospitality. I would drive an extra distance to come here regularly
