I have run a chain of gyms for years. I submitted a couple reasonable suggestions and the GM contacted me the very next day within minutes of reading my review! His quick response and professional demeanor on the call was second to none! I recommend the Frisco location gym on Preston to anyone that asks. Well done sir, keep up the great work!

Every time I walk into Planet Fitness, I’m immediately greeted with a welcoming and positive atmosphere. One of the main reasons I enjoy coming here so much is because of Marvin. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure members feel comfortable, supported, and motivated. Whether it’s a friendly hello, answering questions, or keeping the space clean and organized, Marvin’s dedication truly stands out. The entire environment at Planet Fitness is uplifting and non-judgmental, which makes it easy to stay committed to my fitness goals. It’s clear that Marvin and the rest of the team care about creating a space where everyone feels at home
Friendly staff, clean facility and well organized. Plenty of equipment and space to work out so it doesn’t feel crowded. I love the personal training sessions (I need the help).

Great place to work out. Only 2 issues.
1. There is only 1 of the fly chest machines (don't know name) and people just sit on it.
2. Staff doesn't monitor 30-minute room. People just sit on machines on their phones.

It's a vibe in here, the staff is lit, friendly vibes, no drama, all love and work
