Absolutely love this gym! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The cleanliness adds to the overall positive experience. The morning atmosphere is energizing and sets the perfect tone for a great workout.
What truly sets this gym apart is the incredible staff. Chloe and her crew stay on it, also keeping it safe. They are not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly encouraging. They make you feel like part of a fitness family, where you look forward to driving out of town just to come back home and work out with them and your friends. In fact, I often see the staff and fellow members more than I do some of my own family!
5 stars all the way on feeling supported, motivated, and part of a community. This place is more than just a gym!

I enjoy the gym overall. I would like to say that some of the men tend to just sit on the leg press machines and make calls or text on their phones - this means that other people can’t use the equipment and it is very annoying.
The location is convenient, the staff friendly and I like the variety of machines. The place is clean and the air conditioning is at a good temperature.
I enjoy everything about this location...Staff, Clients, layout. Everything.
Love the facility and people are nice. But I don't agree with letting men who identify as women(biological men) in women's locker rooms period.
Low key atmosphere. The only issue I had was every time I do the workout express, people come over and jump on a machine just to do one movement then sit there on the machine using their phone or resting. It is very annoying considering I move from machine to machine when the light turns red. Please monitor this.

I miss though steam bath and big open space for group classes.
My suggestion would be at least one club should have these facilities per city and access to the black card members with all club access.

I like the separate 30 minute work out zone and the massage chairs and bed are wonderful.
The gym is extremely clean and well organized. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. I recommend it…especially for older people who need to continue to excercise.

I recently started going to this gym because the Riverside location is closed for a while. This location is so clean! That's something that I really appreciate.

Colors and designs can be calming. Availability, some have 2 more machines of same kind. Clean environment. Space for stretching is available. (Staffing can show boredom)
Everything at this location is well maintained and clean, it's very rare to see a machine down and if it is it's not for very long. Two employees that stand out the most to me are Damian and Vince, they take the time to get to know you and it isn't long before they know you by name which makes for a welcoming experience. They also make sure that things stay stocked and cleaned which makes for a smooth workout since I don't have to walk all around the gym trying to find some paper towels. All in all, one of the best gyms I've been to in a minute.

The Draper Planet Fitness is the cleanest and best kept gym in the state. The employees have a strong rapport they’ve developed with all their customers. The equipment is always up and functional. They also seem to have put the most thought into the placement, making the use more comfortable and functional. I absolutely love my experience here and hope to see the other locations live up to their standard one day. McKinzie, Boston, and the lead are always smiling and happy to accommodate anything that comes their way.
