I love the environment, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the trainer, Shane Redden, has been great to work with. The gym is always clean and well maintained.
It's a great facility. Your personnel need to improve on customer satisfaction. Pleas stress to them that it is not appropriate to address guests as "Boss" . If this continues I will address with the employee

First time I was in, I was completely terrified to be there due to my weight and lack of experience in the gym. The atmosphere was completely non-judgemental and I have been going regularly ever since.
I like that the staff is very friendly. As a 69 year old, the equipment is perfect for my needs. Bathrooms are always spotless. My only disappointment is that gym bags are no longer allowed in the gym area. I carry so much in my bag, i.e. my phone, water bottle, ipad, gloves, towel, disinfecting, wipes, ear phones etc and i need them near me. Not sure why that is a problem and would like to hear back about that. Otherwise, I have no issues with the gym operation.

Absolutely love this gym! The staff—especially Erin(my favorite), Shaun, Ana, Dainia, and the rest of the team—are always so friendly, professional, and welcoming. They create such a positive and inclusive environment that makes working out here a great experience. It’s clear they truly care about the members. I always feel motivated and comfortable every time I walk through the doors. Highly recommend!
