I like the variety of equipment, the friendly and helpful staff, the hours, and the price.
the friendliness of the staff
I am very happy with this gym. It's clean and well equipped. I do wish they'd put up signs to remind people not to just sit on machines reading their phones rather than working out. It's very annoying when you're trying to finish your workout and someone is just sitting there, not using the machine, while glued to their phone.
Clean, staff is friendly great equipment the new massage chairs are amazing.
It is not that busy; close to my home; parking is easy; and machines are clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly. I love how you support youths with your free summer membership. It keeps them away from drugs and bad things while out of school.
Everything here was amazing. Especially the staff member Isaiah, he showed me around the gym and was very friendly.
It was a good experience. Neat and clean

Reasonable pricing and they have about all the equipment and workout options I need! The place is clean and spacious, and I’ve found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

PF has the tools I need.
easy in and out
All of it. Staff, concept and massaging rooms.
I like to pop in and have a tan before work, and lift weights a couple times a week. Very convenient and affordable
Very clean facility. Receptionist professional and helpful.
I love going to Planet Fitness! It is always clean; the staff is friendly and helpful. The 30-minute workout area is fabulous. Machines are set for a good workout; the steps are kind of close together and the new ones seem higher than the old ones. It truly is a judgement free zone which makes it more comfortable to go there for a workout.
great environment to focus on my workout with good equipment and good staff
Every thing
The availability of circuit, free weight and cardio equipment -AND support to use it- is 10/10. The cleanliness of the gym is 10/10. The perks are 10/10 and the staff is….yep, 10/10. We pretty much say we love this freakin gym every time we come.
I have been to multiple locations including, Hillsborough, chapel hill , Graham. Burlington by far is the cleanest location. I drive past the Graham,nc location just so I can go to the Burlington location. Between the cleanliness and how often the employees actually walk around to make sure the spaces stay clean surpasses all the other locations.
Only issue I have with Burlington,NC is how often the water filter is changed as of today 5/4/2025, the water filter indicator has been on red for almost 2 weeks (if it gets to red then water bottles should be available for free in my opinion). This is probably the most important thing in the gym and it tends to sit on red for quite an awhile. Other than that I don’t have any actual complaints.
As for recommendations, I would like to see 2-4 more stair units to be added in place for a couple of treadmills, 1 more Roman chair units and 1 more floor leg press.
