The convenience, ease and the comfort I feel when I enter your gym. The staff is always friendly and wanting to greet you and make you feel welcomed.
I like the atmosphere in the gym. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My trainer Alex Rithy is amazing. I am 75 years old and he always pays attention to my condition, which may vary at days - still is able to get me at the limit.
So far it is a great experience!
I like that the bulbs were changed in tanning beds at Pantego location. I think it has been long enough on lower time limit as I have built up a base tan and would like to work on my tan for vacation.

I love the staff they are like family! When I have come to Planet Fitness, I have usually been able to access the machines that I need to use for the day. I have had to wait a few times for a few minutes, but over all, I love to come and workout here!

Clean facility and friendly associates
My family recently moved to Austin from out of state. I visited two other locations in my area, and Slaughter Lane is my favorite Austin location so far. I drive a little further out for this location, but it's worth it. The equipment is well-organized and well-maintained. The locker room needs a little work; a paper towel holder would be helpful. Leadership at this location is evident and consistently seeks to enhance each member's experience.

I love the variety of machines and abundance of space to accommodate everyone. I wish the people were more diligent about cleaning the machines after using but It just goes with the territory. I am super happy that this one has extended its hours. I use to go to the one on Preston but now I will visit this one more often.
