I have been a member of Planet Fitness in Farmers Branch for several years. I come very early in the morning, about 3:30-5:00 A.M. Thank you to the overnight/early morning staff for keeping this a safe, clean, well-run facility. Gracious is an amazing staff member. She watches over the members, keeps the gym clean, and has such a positive, friendly personality. She is very careful to keep the gym safe during these early hours. I appreciate the remodel that you recently did, and the equipment is usually well-maintained and everything I need for a good workout. Good job, y'all!

It’s great to be able to workout at any location so I can plan it with my changing days. The staff at each location have ALL been very nice- happy employees means good management. The hydromassage at Knightdale is thankfully deeper than the other two locations I’ve visited.
