Buena atencion
Every time I’ve interacted with the staff they’ve been nice and helpful, it’s not usually crowded when I go in there so that’s a plus
Love twelve street Dallas planet Fitness. Love my Trainer, Kwame. God bless
Clean but not enough free weights!
Never waiting on equipment and cleanliness of space
Excelente instalaciones y trato del personal muy amable
Great locations where ever I go.
Friendly and helpful staff, clean locker and shower rooms. Just one issue: during my early morning shower the hot water suddenly went cold before I was through rinsing off. Burger! Hope this was not a usual occurrence .
All the workers are nice :)

So far one of the best in Austin
Very neat and clean
Equipment available
Happy with the gym overall. Staff are pleasant, clean environment etc. Basic equipment is very good. Could use a few more weight machines or cable stations but understandable that overall gym size is a factor.
Staff is very friendly and greets you when you enter and also says thank you and have a good day when you leave.
The cleanliness of the facility. Courteous of most of the employees.
No frills….just exercise equipment and lots of it.
Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Lots and lots of equipment. Cool air temperature , no stuffy or sweaty odors. Variety of exercise stations. Proximity to my home!
Friendly staff. Love that I am able to work out on machines that suit my needs. Everything is always clean!
The new machines except for the new elliptical machines!! When I go in most people are using the older ones, they give yo a better workout for the whole body. Please don't replace them, in fact please replace them with the new ones! The rest of the new equipment is great, please keep up the good work. Michael

Clean and friendly environment. They are helpful when you ask for something. It's also close enough to my home to walk to, and they have a clean water fountain for drinking.
