Great customer service and equipment.
I am very impressed with the recent renovations and the new equipment that has been installed. The manager, with her distinctive locks in her hair, and the bald-headed gentleman who works the early morning shift are the most dedicated and professional PF staff that I have ever encountered.💪🏾💪🏾
The workers are friendly and greeting. I always see someone out and about on the floor cleaning and refilling the sanitizing bottles. The machines seem to be well kept and operational. Tho there are not free weight bench presses and squat racks you have plenty of alternatives via dumbbells, smith machines, and cable/pulley machines. It's also quiet, low key and comfortable. They have multiple tv's to watch that you can tune into while your doing your treadmill or elliptical. I also like the purple and black theme colors as it is soothing (at least to me). Lastly, the cost is great. I think Planet fitness is a very good gym and is a great fit for mine and my wife's fitness needs.
The gym instructors greeted us with a smile when we walked in. They were helpful, kind, walked us through the entire place. Answered all our questions. The gym and locker rooms were clean. And we enjoy going there.

I love the staff, the atmosphere is kind and welcoming, the equipment is clean and organized, and I always have enough space to complete my workout no matter what time I go. The only thing I would change is the weekend availability. I wish it were open 24/7 and not 24/5. In short, 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

In a week I go to 3 different planet fitness. Besides the one in Colony I go to the one in prosper, one in Grand Prairie and the other one in Arlington. Colony is my favorite planet fitness. They have enough machines, they do get busy but enough room for everyone to have space. The best part for me is the cleanliness, employee’s are always cleaning and especially the bathrooms are always clean. Recommend Colony planet fitness :)

When I asked about the Beauty Angel, Stephanie explained the details. She showed me how to use it. She was so courteous and helpful. I enjoy the amenities that you receive with the black card membership.
It’s a very clean facility with many amenities but lacking in some free weights like the barbell bench press which many people that I’ve spoken to want at this facility badly! Other than that deficiency, I really like it!
