Clean, equipment works, bright, smells good. Employees are great. It’s the best planet fitness In the country. I’ve been to them in every city and Draper is unmatched.

Fred is always courteous, the facility is very large and not crowded on a Saturday afternoon, and there’s quite a variety of cardio and machines and free weights.

Clean facility and staff is very helpful. Only problem I have is one particular machine is not being maintained properly. It has been more than 2 months and cant seem to fix one of the weights on a leg press machine.

Friendly employees and it's always clean. My only concern is when some of them are vacuuming at the Kinston, NC location, they stretch the cord from the outlet so tight that it becomes a trip hazard because it's any where from being just off the foor to about a foot or more off the floor. The cord should always be flat on the floor. Thank you.
