I have been a planet fitness member for 10 years now. I went to the PF in Bentonville, AR for several years, but switched over to the location in Rogers, AR about 2 years ago. I love it! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I gym is always very clean, and not overcrowded when I usually go.
We appreciate and enjoy PF! Please place a hand towel unit in the men’s restroom! The floor is always wet and slippery after patrons wash their hands … it’s a potential safety problem The hand blowers are not functional and provides no sanitation for washed hands.
The gym is well equipped, clean and the staff and members are nice.
This facility is having a major make over but it hasn't effected my workouts at all

It's not crowded and the place looks pretty clean/new. There are plenty of machine, except for stairmaster :(.
The crowd meter on the app is pretty useless though. If you compare the club at empty vs at capacity, the meter only show range 1 vs 3.
It’s just the type of gym I think about when I think of modern gyms
This is a smaller location, so the crowds aren't quite so bad. Kudos to the co-manager Marielle, for making sure all the equipment, toilets and dressing room are always kept very clean. The support staff of Carver, Ricky, Carlos and Alvaro always give me a friendly greeting whenever I arrive at the gym and also say goodbye when I leave. It's that overlooked intangible that always makes the members feel welcome. I hope that management will acknowledge them for their good social skills. Nothing kills the vibe more than when a member walks in and a staff member has the personality of a dead flower + could care less about you + just counting down the hours till they get to clock out and go home.

I like the flexibility of the hours that PF is operating with and that they have an extensive number of exercise machines, treadmills, weights, etc.And the staff is always friendly and helpful.
I love that it’s open all the time and I never have to wait for a machine. The friendly staff is a huge plus!

I have been attending this gym for the past few months, and one aspect I truly appreciate is the cleanliness, the modern equipment, and the attentive staff. I recently scheduled a workout class with Alexa, and I greatly value how dedicated she is to the customers. I’ve observed that she consistently goes above and beyond expectations. Additionally, she’s well-versed in fitness and training techniques.

Planet Fitness (and the Rogers location in particular) has completely changed the way I feel about going to the gym. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and filled with a wide variety of equipment for every fitness level. Whether I’m doing cardio, strength training, or just relaxing in the massage chairs, I always feel comfortable and welcome here.
But what really makes this location special is the team—especially Vanessa. She goes above and beyond every single day to make sure members feel supported and encouraged. Her energy is infectious, and her genuine kindness makes all the difference. Vanessa remembers members by name, always greets you with a smile, and is quick to offer help or answer questions. She creates a truly welcoming environment that keeps me coming back.
I look forward to continuing my fitness journey at Planet Fitness and will continue to recommend the gym to others. I do so regularly and with full confidence that anyone who walks through those doors will feel accepted, energized, and encouraged. We love the Rogers Arkansas planet fitness! It’s fun to go work out by myself and with my family. You guys play the best music if we don’t have our earbuds in.
If we do have our earbuds in a little dancing is great with a big workout!
