Brian is a great employee. Whenever I see him cleaning, he's putting in effort as opposed to just going through the motions. He greets members when they enter as well as when they are leaving.
The only reason I'm not rating this location a 10 is that when equipment is unavailable due to maintenance requirements, sometimes it takes a lengthy time to bring it back up. If I recall correctly, one instance took over a week.
That said, this location greatly exceeds my expectations. Best gym membership I've ever had.

I give this Planet Fitness a 10 out of 10 for several reasons. The staff is wonderful. They are very professional, welcoming, and conscientious. The gym is very clean- from the locker room to the gym floor to all the amenities, such as the massage beds and tanning. The entire place is clean and well kept. The equipment is in good working order and there is, for the most part, plenty of it. I truly appreciate this location and the opportunity it express that.

The workers are very friendly and excellent people
85% of the time I can go in do a workout with weights and walk 2 miles. The other 15% there are people sitting on the equipment texting. This make my workout irritating.

I've been a member for quite a while now and the staff are always so generous and helping me with anything I need. They really are polite and kind and I appreciate everything that they do. The machines are awesome and help me to get back on track after having total knee replacement surgery and I really appreciative of the customer service in the atmosphere.

I work out at several planet fitnesses in Oklahoma and Texas and the Broken Arrow facility is by far the cleanest facility
