My husband and I moved to the Frisco planet fitness and have been SO impressed with both the facility and staff. Rome goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and his friendly, positive attitude with staff and guests is contagious. The staff are always cleaning and maintenancing equipment and the vibe is welcoming and inclusive! I can't say enough good things! 10/10

Great, the young woman at the front desk is always so helpful.
There is only one thing. Not all the patrons clean the equipment before going to another equipment. So the male workers that are just standing around joking and laughing my consider to clean the equipment instead of standing around.

I much prefer to go to your location in Highland Village than to the Lewisville location that is actually closer. The only drawback is that Lewisville has better massage chairs.

Staff is friendly and approachable. I rarely have to wait to use equipment. Facility is very clean.
Great gym. If I were to suggest one thing, hire a professional cleaning crew to clean the facility. The facility is clean, but I have been to other gyms where the equipment and bathrooms are cleaner. The reason is, PF employees don't make for good cleaners. I actually think it looks bad seeing PF employees cleaning the bathrooms. When you lay down for instance on a leg curl machine and your nose is 1 foot from the base of the equipment and the plastic base has little ridges in it, you then notice how detail cleaned something is. All equipment and bathrooms should be wiped down regularly. PF employees are not going to clean toilets the same as janitors.
It was perfect because it was not even crowded and it was our first time there. We inadvertently forgot to wipe down equipment and no one yelled at us!

The staff is helpful and restrooms are clean, although the dry blowers next to the sinks spread germs all over the place. Better hope there isn't another pandemic of airborne pathogens.
Good selection of equipment, could use a few more 'leg curl' and 'leg lift' type apparatus on the main floor.
Best of all the AC works and overhead fans do a good job too.
