My husband and I moved to the Frisco planet fitness and have been SO impressed with both the facility and staff. Rome goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and his friendly, positive attitude with staff and guests is contagious. The staff are always cleaning and maintenancing equipment and the vibe is welcoming and inclusive! I can't say enough good things! 10/10

Great, the young woman at the front desk is always so helpful.
There is only one thing. Not all the patrons clean the equipment before going to another equipment. So the male workers that are just standing around joking and laughing my consider to clean the equipment instead of standing around.
I like because the people are very friendly
I much prefer to go to your location in Highland Village than to the Lewisville location that is actually closer. The only drawback is that Lewisville has better massage chairs.
