That it is open 24/7
I think you have a good manager at this location (Adam). I've been going to gyms for over 40 years and he's very friendly and positive. This in turn reflects on the overall happiness and work of those around him.
Planet fitness is an outstanding place! The customer service is excellent and everything is so clean, neat and organized. I would definitely recommend them. So happy I chose them! 😊

As always the facility is clean and the staff friendly
Staff is friendly and the facility is nice and clean.
Friendly People that work there and they remember your name.
Personnel, not equipment, are the key differentiator at this location; the equipment is somewhat outdated for such a high-volume fitness center. However, the staff consistently maintains a pristine facility, providing exceptional service with a positive attitude and willingness to assist, resulting in a superior customer experience.
It is always clean and plenty of equipment.
I appreciate the helpfulness of the woman at the desk when I had questions about how to use one piece of equipment and my daughter needed help locating the kettle bells. It definitely felt welcoming.
The staff is friendly and personable. The facility is always clean and welcoming.
I like that it’s always clean, locker rooms to the equipment, staff are always cleaning. There is plenty of equipment and spaces to workout. My gym is now offering personal training options. The monthly fee is more than reasonable. If you’re just looking to keep fit and healthy this is the place to go.
Loved free weight mavhines

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Facility is clean and welcoming.
The staff is always helpful, weights are never just laying around on the floor. It’s one of the better planet fitnesses in my opinion.
Cleanliness, new machines and friendly staff
There willing to work with you when it comes to getting behind on your payments
Very clean, usable equipment, quiet and not over crowded. Employees always nice and welcoming.
Clean, not busy, lots of equipment
It’s clean, the equipment is new and well maintained.
It’s big and bright and has a good selection of machines. It has red light therapy. Everything is much nicer than the one I’ve been going to on Alpha in Dallas.
