Every team member at our local gym is friendly and helpful. The gym is clean, well-lit, and has all the equipment I need. I can't give a 10 rating, though, because the billing system is wonky. I have primary and secondary credit cards on file. when my primary card was closed (due to fraud), Planet Fitness sent me an overdue bill rather than charge the secondary card. What's the point of the secondary card, if not to cover for anything amiss with the primary card?

Nardine and Jodi at the front desk never fail to make members feel like a valued guest. The equipment is maintained reasonably well.
Initially, I was most impressed by the cleanliness, modern models, metered models, and maintenance of paper towels and soap dispensers, but lately, I have felt a decline compared to my initial impressions. This seems mostly due to staffing shortages. Please don't go down the path of you Six Forks near Falls of Neuse location, which is shooting itself in both feet by ignoring these fundamental requirements of a good gym.
