I bought 25 Cajun wings as it being my favorite flavor. The wings were not fresh from the cook and seemed to have been reheated. The Cajun sauce was at a minimum so I made up my own to reduce the dryness. I spent over $40 to have to add more flavor for taste. Very disappointing!
Some of the boneless chicken we could not eat. It was a weird consistency. They were chewy but could not eat them.
They run out of wings, deserts, food is not hot.

East Coast in Northlake is just not what it used to be. The service isn't that great anymore. The food is hit or miss. There is always one part of my order that isn't right. Awhile back when I had an issue and noticed the service wasn't what is used to be, I made a complaint on a young lady who was very rude and a manager reached out but when I continued to call back, I was unable to reach him and then eventually I was told no one worked there by that name. So, I stopped visiting for a long time. My kids and I started visiting again but very sparingly. Each time something is wrong but because of the service, I just count it as a loss since we don't visit often anymore. Because we typically order the same thing, I will provide some details of the things that were wrong with my order in the past. My recent order (reason for this survey) I paid for all flats but my flavor of 5 was mixed with 3 drums. Another time, I asked for breaded chicken in the buffalo chicken wrap, got grilled. Asked for the lettuce, tomato and sour cream on the side for my quesadilla, got none of those items. I order lemon pepper wings a lot; they are never just right. Either not enough seasoning or too much which makes them salty. I also left a Google Review for you.

Service and food is wonderful! Only miss the Shrimp Po'Boy, one of my favorites. The Cheeseburger Queso was pretty good. And of course, the crispy wings and homemade chips are always on point!
