After almost a year of not ordering from East Coast because of a bad experience I decided to give you guys a try again. Big mistake! My fiancé and I both agreed that the wings were nasty and had no flavor even though we ordered three very different flavors! I will never make the mistake of ordering from East Coast ever again! Your wings were good once upon a time but now it is not worth the money!
I literally had 7 sweet potato fries in my order.
The service we received from the two guys at the bar was amazing!!!!
We enjoy the food and the wait staff is on top of it. Very kind and you don’t have to wait long for your food.
Me and my wife think your wings are the best we’ve ever had. We employ that there are so many wing sauces to choose from along with a heat index to pick from. Our waitress was fantastic. The food is always excellent.
Every single time I go, if I don't check my bags and each box before I leave, I always have something left out of my order.
I ordered a side of chips and they of course wasn't in the bag.
I asked for ranch and the guy said it was in the brown bag, the brown bag wasn't in my bag. It was sitting on the counter.
I understand people get busy but checking to make sure a paying customer has everything that they ordered would be great. After paying almost $50, I'd like to not have to check it myself then ask for what's missing.
The service we received was very poor. Food order was wrong and didn’t receive some of our order at all. Never refilled drinks. Didn’t bring check. The waitress who did take our order was rude. Etc etc.
There was only 2 of us, not a big table of people.
So disappointed. And we did frequently eat at this East Coast.
Our waiter was absolutely the BEST!! He has an amazing personality!!! Very attentive, respectful and helpful!! Food also tasted amazing!!!

The food was great. The service not so great. I placed an online order. The place was busy when I walked in so I stood by the hostess stand as she seated another guest. Never acknowledged that I was there. Stood there approximately 3 minutes still nothing as staff walked by. It was not until another guest walked in that I was acknowledged by someone. The guest was seated right away as the hostess went to get my order.
Luckily the food was great so I give them a 10.

We got the best waitress and the wings were great.
The food itself was good but two things really took away from my visit.
1) when I first walked in and walked up to the counter the person at the counter didn't even know I was there because they were too busy playing on their phone.
2) when I got home with my $100 order, I had to reheat everything because it took me 15 minutes to clean up the mess inside my larger bag. After inspection, it appears that the handle of the bag broke and they dropped my order. Two of the Styrofoam plates were broken and the bottom of the bag was filled with sauce.
Like I said, the food was good but extremely disappointed in the service and lack of care taken in handling my order. Having to clean up the mess and then reheating everything just ruined what should have been a good dinner.
