The last several times I have gotten the ECW quesadilla the chicken is almost shredded and when the wing sauce is put on it, it becomes very salty. Might want to go back to non shredded chicken

Food was terrible.
The chicken quesadilla was way smaller than it usually is and the cheese was gummy. The chips were extra greasy and the whole meal just didn’t taste like it used to.
The wing heat is always inconsistent. My husband got volcanic because the last two times he got extra hot they had little to no sauce on them and were mild. This time they were loaded with sauce and were extremely hot. Another time he got the volcanic they were maybe a little hot so you never know what heat to order because it’s never the same.
Service was exceptional
Our waitress got us everything we needed. Food was on point too!

The boneless wings were chewy. The tacos had no flavor on the chicken, which was also chewy. Luckily our mom’s food was good since it was Mother’s Day. I felt like it was a waste of money.

Forgot my corn, and gave me like 3 onion rings (for about $10). Not too thrilled about that

I normally love east coast wings but this time I was let down…

For the teriyaki/insanity wings there was no teriyaki flavor only insanity sauce and it was drenched with sauce. I love ordering these because I normally enjoy the teriyaki flavor with the punch of insanity but these were all insanity and no teriyaki.
For the x-hot wings they were not supposed to be extra crispy and they were supposed to be saucy. They can fried extra crispy and there was very little sauce on them.
My wife and I were really craving the wings the way we love them but both orders were messed up and we couldn’t enjoy them at all 😕
This is not the first time I get my order wrong.
And unfortunately for me, I didn't check the order when I was near by and until we got ready to eat. We found out that the order was wrong and missing items.
Won't be buying anytime soon.
Server was very attentive and made sure everything was right and to our liking. Food was hot and flavorful. With the right amount of sauce and crispyness that I come to expect from ECW. Great job as always guys.

Greetings from the host. Customer service from the waitress. Awesome menu selection.
The salisbury location gets my food wrong about 75% of the time. When we order at my work and pick it up, it has been wrong so many times i didnt eat there for over a year. Then i decided to give them another chance, and they did it again. My driver gave them the correct name and a picture with the order number and they still managed to give us the wrong food. The lady that works the take out area is also always in a bad mood. She acts like she hates her job when ever we did take out. Which we wont do no more. Eating there inside is fine. Take out is terrible.
