Order was delivered to another address due to a typo . Driver complained of the tip . I never received my order.

Outstanding service and food
We drive from Winston to eat at the Kernersville ECWs. The food and service are consistently amazing! And we always enjoy talking to Bri!
Attention to details. The place was literally empty and I ordered to go and got there on time and still waited for 10 min and they didn’t put our dressings or carrots that I ordered separately or the sour cream and salsa for the quesadilla!
All the employees were super friendly, service was great and the food was perfect!
Customer service and the quality of the food.
Nothing, we came to have dinner with family who live close by. There are at least two other locations closer to us. We will continue to be regular ECW+G customers.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to visit again!
The food and the service were good.
Always try to stop in for wings. Flavor was good but they were not warm at all, as if they were just sitting waiting to be put in sauce. Wife lived her burger and fries.

2nd time I've been ignored by staff or no one was at the counter for a while when I went to pick up my order. So I had to wait longer than I should have.
CHICKEN on the chicken sandwich was really dry

Ordered take out. Food was hot and good.
Accuracy of orders before they ate given to the customer. I ordered the 25 piece one in wings with the chips. I also ordered celery and blue cheese dressing. The only thing in my bag were the wings and dressing (1 blue cheese and 2 ranch although I ordered 2 blue cheese and 1 ranch). I was very disappointed that I did not receive what I paid for and picked up.

I wish the world would check my order. I always get home with my take out order and they never follow the instructions. I always ask for extra crispy and all flats every time. But it either drums and flats or they don’t fry it as requested extra crispy. Other than that I really love the wings.
We have came to this one about four times. The food is fresh and hot not like the ones in Winston. Our problem is the wait staff and bar tenders. It is never any large beer mugs to order that size but when we look around we see the waitress serving large beers to other customers (THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME WE HAVE SEEN THIS). This time I said something the young lady claimed that a employee came to work with this mug from home and they washed it out and used the mug that was from a employee home for a customer large beer which is disgusting and unsanitary. I always order the same drink from the bar and it is never the same, this time I send the drink back. The excuse was they did not have any triple sec. Now looking at the drink menu all of the drinks take the triple sec. The waitress came back to the table and asked for the extra shot back that came with the strong island she said the bar tender wanted back. I thought that was funny. We just try to enjoy some wings and drinks after a long work week. The strong island is not strong and never can order the large beer due to no glassware. Kitchen staff is on point with the food. If we come back it would be takeout but I doubt we will make a 20 min drive for pickup
