Food and swervice were great. Adrian is super friendly, and, gave us everything we wanted( and more). We always asked for her.

We’ve eaten there several times with family. The staff is always friendly and professional, the restaurant is always clean. The food is delicious and prepared to your expectations and requests.
When ordering the 25 wings and chips special currently advertised, you should be allowed more that 2 flavors. The table ad card did not specify a flavor limit. Our server did not know there was a limit until after she tried to put the order in. When we normally order 25 wings, we are allowed 5 flavors. Why would this "special" offer fewer flavors?
Service was good, kitchen very slow getting food out!
Well this visit was not as I expected. I usually get extra sauce on my wings. As I did this time and was charged .99cents, not much. I get home NO EXTRA SAUCE! I am livid!
To far to return and yes I should check my box , but the server/cashier always checks and this visit was not the usual as trainers were there helping!

As much as I like the management, staff and food, I was disappointed that the decision has been made to treat reward the same as a discount, which nullifies using both on the same trip. A reward is an account credit and should not be exclusionary to a discount card. They burned my $5 reward while using my $5 off $25 discount. I dont see what one has to do with the other. A reward is no a discount - it is an account credit.
Regardless, if I had known that this is the new policy I would have used the $5 off $25 and saved the reward for when my bill was less than $25.
We love East Coast!!!
The chicken strips are amazing!! Large and crispy without too much breading. The bar staff is awesome. The kitchen is sometimes hit or miss on getting the order correct, but have been good recently.
It would be really nice if the greeters at the door weren't on their phones when we came in and greeted us warmly rather than acting like we were an inconvenience to them
I usually have a great experience, but the last few times and especially this time, my wings were extremely dry and hard

Had to wait quite a while on the phone but people took order and checked the details. Order was waiting when I pulled up and people at front were nice.

I always enjoy my trips to east coast . Only complaint is staffing. The bartenders don’t have the time to give guests the attention they deserve.
I always love eating East Coast Wings, but lately there has been a problem. I love the chicken nachos, but they never give me the salsa and sour cream. The Last time they didn't and a couple more times.
