Good food awesome waitress Dondrea
We came in late just before closing. I’m sure the wait staff and kitchen were tired and ready to about call it a night. We were treated and served like you had just opened. I appreciate the service it was exceptional on this night. Food was great as always.
It was not really busy. Took forever to get our lunch
I have been 3 times and the service at the bar has ranged from average to awful. One time we waited several full minutes to even be acknowledged; not sure if there was a shift change going on or something.
The wings are always pretty good and I like the choices or flavors and heat ranges of the sauces. I always order the hottest possible and wish they were a bit more spicy, but I like that the flavor is maintained.
$1 wing mondays is a nice draw, but I would go more often if we were not nickel and dimed for every other item. I was given a new blue cheese to go that I didnt request and then noticed it was graciously added to my bill that also charged for wing flavors...NOT EVEN 1 SAUCE WAS INCLUDED for free. That's crap. If you want to charge for all that crap, fine, but it should be in writing somewhere noticable... and dont hand out extra dressings or whatever like youre trying to be nice just to tack it onto the bill without telling the customer you're going to charge for it

In my opinion the boneless wings had too much breading on them and not enough meat.
I would have rated my entire experience a 10 but one server that was assisting our main server was not the friendliest. She is the frontline of your restaurant and if I was to ever come back I would request not to have her. Unfortunately I did not get her name but she was either Hispanic or Indian descent. I do want to recognize the older lady that was managing the To-go area. She is and always kind. Tony was awesome as well! When he placed my food at the window he did it with a smile!!!

Great service, good food
I called the restaurant to see if they could make the wings just a little more saucy but because it was an online order she said she couldn’t do it. Now, I’m not one to usually complain however they’ve done it for me multiple times before with no problem. I’m at a stage & age in my life where I really do appreciate customer service because life in America is too much for everyone.
All I wanted was extra saucy wings that are not dry and I would’ve been happy to pay extra.
We love the wide variety of flavors offered.
