The team members i connect with during travel emergencies are EXCELLENT! I have needed to change flights on my last two trips. Both changes were made while i was at the airport or on my way to the airport. Fox Travel team members were very responsive to what i needed to do and quick to make the adjustments. Why do you book a reservation with a 30 minute connect time at a major hub like msp? There’s no way anyone will make that connection when you fly in on a major airline and have to connect to the commuter terminal. It takes 20 minutes just to get off the inbound flight. 30 minute connects at the hub should never be booked that way!!! I had to pay $60.00 just to book an eirlier first flight so I had enough time to make my connection. You of all people should know better!!!!!!!!!!

While creating a reservation at the Element in Fargo, I clicked on the Element Bubble and was reviewing and selected my room. When the reservation was complete the room was in the Courtyard Marriot in Minnesota. Bewildered I was able to cancel the reservation and started a new reservation for the Element.
